Add a Marketing Team While Summer Money Is Still There
Put a Team On It While Summer Money Lasts
Summer leftover is the last easy moment to put a team on the work. After that, you are hiring by project in a hurry, and search does not wait for a kickoff.
A project has a finish date. Maps, reviews, email, and the page you needed in July do not finish. If you buy them as a stack of jobs, you pay the restart every time: new estimate, new briefing, lost context. A team stays in the account.
Setup is a project. The weekly work is a team. Do not buy the weekly work as a stack of projects.

One hire is one skill
The person you can find this month cannot be search, ads, the listing, and the site. A small bench can. You also cannot staff someone for July and idle them in January. A valley service business and a shop that lives on winter weekends both have a quiet month. A team flexes with the season. A hire sits there or leaves.
Treat the work as a percentage of a system that keeps compounding, not a one-time purchase you approve once. Gartner's 2026 CMO Spend Survey found awareness and conversion now take 62.6% of media spend, with digital more than two-thirds of media. That is a lot of money going into getting found. A team is how the listing, the pages, and the list keep working after the tourist week ends.
Start while there is still money
October is when winter travel is already being bought. A two-week setup that begins then misses the weekend that mattered.
A logo, a research pass, a new page: those are still projects, and they should be. The mistake is buying the weekly work as a stack of those. Finish the decision, then leave someone in the account.
Why JTech
A three-track retainer is search, a channel you will actually use, and the work that keeps the site honest. We set it while the summer money is still there. Start a conversation before October spends the window.
