The Livingston Roundup Rodeo Honors 100 Years With A Refreshed Website Design

By Samuel Klusmeyer & Bryn Lisser - Last Updated on 01/02/2024
Our web design team recently refreshed the Livingston Roundup Association's non-profit website.

The Livingston Roundup Association (LRA) runs the oldest rodeo in Montana — 100 years in 2024. The LRA is a community organization, so they don’t only host the Roundup Rodeo. They also host yearly fundraisers, charity events, and community gatherings.

We’re proud to help the LRA enter its hundredth year with a revamped design and a complete website. They can now promote their events, sponsors, and essential information easier than ever.

Improving The LRA’s Calendar and Attendee Support

Our website design team built the Livingston Roundup Association a powerful events calendar, countdown clock, and detailed support pages.

The LRA didn't have an event calendar before working with our web design team. Instead, they had to rebuild their events page to promote each new event. The page rebuild process presented conflicts between events. Each update required the LRA to de-prioritize their rodeo to promote other events.

Now, their team of volunteers can use their events calendar to schedule an entire year of events at once. The countdown timer on the LRA's homepage also means that their main event — the rodeo — is always a priority.

Finally, we built in-depth FAQs, rodeo, gallery, and about pages for the Livingston Roundup Rodeo. Each page offers helpful information that attendees and contestants alike will use to enjoy their events.

Helping the LRA Promote Their Sponsors

The Livingston Roundup Association relies on a generous network of Montana sponsors. Their sponsorship team wanted specialized tools to help them promote their supporters.

The custom sponsor page our web designers created for the LRA does exactly this. Now, their team can add, categorize, and remove sponsors from their website easier than ever. All they need to do is add, turn on, or turn off their desired sponsor using a custom 'sponsors' database.

Adding sponsors no longer requires their team to re-enter sponsor information each year.

We’re excited to say that their team can now edit their website easier than ever before.
