My JTech Website Management App and Portal Gets New Support Articles

We custom code and craft every My JTech website management app and portal for each and every website we create. Why? We want the backend of your site to be incredibly easy to modify and navigate. Going completely custom is the best way for us to accomplish that goal.

Still, My JTech can take some getting used to. So, every site comes with an in-person walkthrough for My JTech as soon as your site is ready to edit. We also include a support article section that covers the basics of managing your site and individually crafted articles that describe how to navigate your custom apps, if you have one on your site.

Recently, we’ve rethought the support section of My JTech and we’re proud to announce that we’ve given it a significant upgrade!

We’ve written new articles, created a quick start guide, and re thought our naming conventions. We want you to find what you need, when you need it.

Navigating Your New Website Management Support Section

Here, we'll take a moment to lay out exactly what you can find in your newly revamped My JTech website management app and portal support page. 

Begin Here: Quick Start Guide
This section is filled with curated support articles for the beginning website management app and portal user. Here you’ll find helpful terms in our ‘getting started’ guide and the basics of editing on-page content like text, pages, team members, and support requests.

My Account
Located directly below your quick-start guide are your account management tools. You can use these tools to reset your password, change your mailing preferences, and edit your billing information. 

Request Work on My Website
This section walks through creating and submitting a work order. Submit a work order whenever you would like to change anything that involves altering your website’s code (global page design, on-page animations, main menu items, etc).  

Manage My Website
This section is all about using your website’s database to add dynamic content like pages, site permissions, or testimonials.

Edit My Pages and Records
The “Edit My Page and Records” section is all about changing and customizing the images, text, and files that appear on your site pages. You’ll find our SEO tools here. 

Manage My Domains
The ‘Manage My Domains’ section is all about buying, transferring, or otherwise managing the domains for your website.

Future Updates: Coming Soon

We’ll be recording video walkthroughs for our support articles so you can watch instead of read! During our walkthroughs you’ll be able to watch us navigate My JTech and answer any questions we’re frequently asked. If you have a site with a built in app or a unique back end, then you’ll also receive a text and video walkthrough starting at the launch of your site. 

We’re very excited about the progress that My JTech has made to our website management system and we’re excited to continue improving it as the year progresses.
