This involved structuring the home page around intuitive navigation to service icons and recent news updates, ensuring users can quickly explore options without clutter. Integration of a live chat widget enabled immediate assistance, while embedding download links for the iOS and Android mobile apps extended banking access beyond the desktop.

To support the live digital banking upgrade, JTech incorporated dedicated sections and links detailing the enhancements, allowing users to transition smoothly to improved features like account management on the go. The result is a responsive site that handles compliance elements, such as FDIC backing, alongside dynamic content for announcements.
