As the old Bozeman Brokers' website aged, the darker colors in its design — which were once very modern — had begun to look less so. Our web design challenge became to reuse their well-defined black, gold, and white palette in a style that felt lighter and was more in line with modern design. We took two specific steps to make this happen.
Our design team began by de emphasizing the blacks in their old design. Now, the Bozeman Brokers website uses their signature light gold and white as primary colors in their website's palette instead of black.
Next, our real estate website design team increased the number of images used throughout their website — allowing Bozeman Brokers to more easily update the feel of their website as the real estate market changes.
These two changes transformed their website without altering the base characteristics of their old website design. Their palette feels light and modern, and the extra imagery allows them to easily influence the feel of their site — keeping the design looking fresh for longer.
The extra images also help Bozeman Brokers connect with their community more directly.

To solve this, we took the following steps to work within the restrictions of their software. First, our web design team embedded a fixed search that features the listings in Bozeman — their most popular market. Next, we created a button that would allow buyers to open an advanced search form in a pop-up window.
