Project Overview

Doctor Clean is a family-owned cleaning service that has been helping Livingston, MT keep their homes clean for generations. They help their customers improve hard-to-clean surfaces like carpets, windows, and furniture. 

Doctor Clean relied on traditional paper marketing and word of mouth before they worked with our digital marketing teams. However, they were ready to reach more of their local audience with our help. 

Their team entrusted our digital marketing professionals with their entire marketing budget to manage their SEO & PPC strategy.

What We Did

When our digital marketing team began working with Doctor Clean, they had an underperforming website that we could not improve without a full website refresh. So, our team's number one priority became improving key metrics in their off-site SEO. Specifically, our marketing team began by:

  • Correcting the information in their local listings
  • Building high-quality backlinks
  • Helping their team request customer reviews

We also began running PPC campaigns that targeted their local audience. Those campaigns revolved around:

  • Holiday promotions
  • Featuring high-demand services


In the first three quarters, Doctor Clean’s team saw huge improvements in their organic traffic. They experienced: 

  • A 216.67% increase from Q2 to Q3 (24 vs 76)
  • A  42.11% increase from Q3 to Q4 (76 vs 108)

Their paid traffic also saw an incredible boost from our PPC efforts. We started slow with Doctor Clean’s PPC and saw: 
  • A 168% increase in their qualified leads over the first two months of their campaign
  • 179 visits from qualified leads during their first two quarters (Q4 2017 and Q1 2018)

Today, their SEO and PPC campaigns are a testament to the benefits of a long-term, managed digital marketing plan. In just Q2 and Q3 of 2023, Doctor Clean’s website saw:

  • 1687 total visits from organic traffic — a 711.06% increase vs Q2, Q3, and Q4 in 2017
  • 347 total visits from paid traffic — a 93.85% increase vs Q4 2017 and Q1 2018

6 years on, our partnership with Doctor Clean has evolved. We've continued to improve their SEO with a full website refresh and constant SEO & PPC efforts. We look forward to continuing their growth for the foreseeable future.
