Location: Bozeman, Montana (this is not a remote position)

Job Overview:
As the Sales & Support Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts by building a team of highly capable outside sales people in Bozeman and throughout the region. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with our clients, helping them to grow and achieve their goals online. 

Key Responsibilities:

Outside Sales Development:
  • Identify and target potential new clients through strategic market analysis and in-person networking.
  • Develop and pitch compelling sales proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the unique benefits of our offerings.
  • Regularly attend most community and business networking events.
  • Originate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue outside sales forecasting and plans.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Inside Sales Development:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our portfolio of client accounts.
  • Deepen client relationships by understanding their needs and advising on solutions that enhance their business operations.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery, regular in-person account reviews, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Strategically advise clients on how to harness our services to enhance their business.
  • Originate monthly, quarterly and annual revenue internal sales forecasting and plans.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Management:
  • Build a talented team to achieve the above
  • Lead your team to continually strengthen our client relationships and to help new clients upgrade their websites and apps by working with JTech

Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct sales
  • Skilled at using computers and technology
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Provide documents showing sales quotas met or exceeded, growth in sales numbers, and any other quantifiable achievements
  • Is a permanent resident of Bozeman or surrounding areas.
  • Can provide writing samples
  • Nice to have — client testimonials/references

Experience: 
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 5 years in a sales or account management role, preferably in technology or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data for strategic sales planning.
  • Meticulous documenter, and experience using sales tools.
