Position Title: Full-Stack Web Developer

Your role:
- Each day you’ll work to develop new sites or modify our existing clients’ projects with a team of other developers, planners, designers and content specialists.
- You’ll be responsible for successfully developing websites and custom web apps for clients across Montana and the region. Our team works through the specifications and designs the artwork so you can focus on development.
- You’ll be responsible for working with your teammates to review each others’ work and ensure that the work is complete, accurate and thrills our clients.
Qualifications:
“Deal-Breakers”:
- Must be fluent and experienced with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5 and current web development techniques
- Must have successfully built and can demo multiple custom websites that you personally developed and of which you’re proud
- Be and continue to be self-taught, whether or not you went to school for CS
- Be passionate about elegant technology and be able to recognize the terrible solutions commonly found online
- Be located in Montana
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High emotional intelligence
- Positive attitude and a sense of fun - life is too short for anything but
- Must work well with others

- Have an understanding of modern responsive design
- Understand accessibility and how it impacts development

- Experience building and managing web servers
