Digital Marketing Internship

Position: PAID Digital Marketing Intern (PT)

Where: JTech Communications,  201 S. Wallace Ave. STE A6

JTech designs develops and markets kick-ass websites and apps for businesses of all sizes. Once built, these websites and apps need to be promoted and findable in search and our team of digital marketing professionals gets the job done.  Because we control the entire technology stack, digital marketing needs can drive how we build sites to make sure they’re on-point and highly relevant.  We live to hear our clients rave about how our work has improved their businesses and lives.

The Internship:
You will be involved in organizing, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns for various JTech clients. You will also play an integral role within our team to create and carry out effective strategies that ultimately promote our customer’s long-term growth—gaining invaluable experience by supporting our client’s lead generation, online presence, and search position. 

At the conclusion of your internship, you will have an improved understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) methods, and an ability to analyze web metrics using industry-standard digital marketing tools. The ideal digital marketing internship candidate will have great communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to grow.

  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to receive and implement direction and course correction
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of online-and-offline media trends, channels, and practices
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing analytics
  • Business Marketing Major's preferred 

  • Link building
  • Content strategy and implementation for on-page efforts
  • Tracking and reporting data on digital marketing campaign performance 
  • Effectively communicating and collaborating with the JTech team
  • Will work directly with the digital marketing team on client SEO campaigns and will report to the Marketing Director, Katie Jenkins

  • $15/Hour
  • Approximately 15 - 20 hours/week
