Digital Marketing Specialist

JTech Communications is looking for an experienced, full-time Digital Marketing Specialist who will be an integral part of our digital marketing team – helping clients improve their online presence and drive growth. Candidates will have great communication skills, a willingness to learn and self-direct, and a strong desire to continue to craft their trade. This person is not afraid to think big or speak up and thrives in a fast paced environment.

JTech is a custom web, app and digital marketing firm serving Bozeman, Montana and communities across the rocky mountains. We believe that everyone deserves custom technology and have successfully served entrepreneurs, small businesses and large corporations for the past 22 years. While web work is our bread and butter, we’re growing our digital marketing team that plays an integral role in helping or clients achieve success online once their site has launched.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Team in a variety of marketing activities that maximize our clients search position and in identifying growth and sales opportunities.

This position is responsible for:
  • Market research identifying target markets and competitors to inform digital marketing decisions.
  • SEO optimization for new client website projects.
  • Ongoing SEO campaign efforts for client campaigns.
  • Pay-per-Click campaign strategy, implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Content strategy and implementation for on-page efforts, blogs, social media and more.
  • Monthly digital marketing campaign review and strategy.
  • Managing, tracking, analyzing and reporting data on digital marketing campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client campaign performance and increase effectiveness of online presence.
  • Staying current on PPC and SEO practices.
  • Effectively communicating and collaborating with the team and the rest of the staff at JTech. 
  • And other responsibilities delegated by the digital marketing team.

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or other related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years in commercial digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of online and offline media trends, channels and practices.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing industry, agencies, and channels.
  • Knowledgable in the analysis of analytics and digital marketing tools and software.
